  Place is nice enough to live in and the new staff are really nice - so much better than the old ones. But the place is abandoned between Friday afternoon and Monday morning so if the lift breaks too bad, no lift.
  
  This one girl - everyone knows who it is - runs up and down the 6th floor naked and screaming after hours and knocking on people's doors and management don't want to know. Study rooms get taken over by rowdy mobs in the middle of exam period. RAs don't answer phones or switch them off, several of them misuse their privileges to sleep with residents in restricted areas or cyber bully people in the official group.
  
  Until recently the fire alarm would go off more than once a week and everyone would have to evacuate, it ended up being more frequent than the social events. Forget bringing a car, there's only 50 car parks and they make you pay for Curtin car parking where security is non existent. The corridors stink - rotten eggs today on 6th, women's BO on lower ground. The sinks get mouldy and there's no hot water, you have to boil it to wash dishes. The WiFi doesn't work either despite many reports to Curtin and UniLodge - there's no wired connections, mobile signal is 1 or 2 bar at best because someone surrounded the building with metal panels.
  
  I think with more hands on management this place could succeed but right now it's not really ready to hold 500 residents. Many people are not renewing for next year because they've just had enough.

  5 cars were robbed in the parking lots you are forced to park in by one person over the course of 4 hours. it was caught on camera and security saw but they were not stopped. If you want to rob cars this is the place to be.
  
  Do not live here, they advertise free parking and told us the day after we signed our leases and payed all our deposits that their was only 50 parking spots that are free and drawn randomly for a total of 570 residents. everyone else has to shell out an extra 90 dollars a month minimum to park their cars. The parking facilities also do not care they respond to google reviews saying please contact us for help. but any contact is essentially ignored and you get none of the money stolen from you back. do not live here

  Would definitely not recommend Twin Dolphin Hall even at the current half price rate which I am paying. Although the place is new and relatively clean which is nice, the parking is a huge issue and very expensive, the maintenance is non existent and the wifi which students rely on for doing work has always had issues and has not worked for the past week at the time of writing. There are many many fees that will be charged which are supposedly outlined in the contract, many people made the mistake of not reading. The hallways of all but two floors reek of off meat due to the poorly placed rubbish disposal shoots. Although these issues may seem small, it adds up to be a very poor experience leaving many people, including myself as if we’ve been robbed in broad daylight. I was shocked to find out that next year the price will double.

  Maintenance is terrible. I rose the maintenance issue in my room with staff over 6 months ago and has not yet been fixed. I have followed up continuously with no luck. The elevators break down weekly, the hot water is intermittent and Wifi constantly drops out which makes studying difficult.
  
  Since moving in here there have been close to 50 fire alarms forcing all residents to evacuate. This is a huge inconvenience that wastes everyone's time.
  
  The parking was advertised as free when I signed the contract at the beginning of 2022 but was then told I would have to pay daily payments with Cellopark app. This requires turning on the parking every day or paying monthly for a higher cost. This false advertising was very misleading.
  
  Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding living here as there are many inconveniences that make day to day living more difficult.

  Parking is definitely a scam. They got heaps money from student fees and rent and so on but got no chill on parking issues.
  
  Figure out a way to solve the parking issue as management team instead of just telling all the residents that this is how it is.
  
  Most residents here know that this building is slowly dying and almost every apartment has problems with air cons and everything. Do something.
